"Room was just as pictured a one bedroom suite, clean, quiet hotel, parking garage was 2 short blocks down from the property reasonable pricing well lit, for being in the city felt very safe, not a lot of dining options close by, breakfast had a large variety. I would definitely stay again."

"The walls are thin and you can hear conversations from the other rooms. The parking is a couple of blocks away which isn’t great when arriving at night. "

"The beds and pillows were probably the most uncomfy things I have ever slept in. And the room was so hot I was sweating all night. It was a really pretty hotel with great staff but very uncomfy holy Hannah. "

"Breakfasts at the hotel were delicious, lots of restaurants around for lunch or dinner. Only thing I didn’t like is the room was not cleaned while we were there. You were given a paper to check off anything extra you needed, ie sheets but you changed them yourself. Other than that nice place"

"I never stayed told the hotel the day before. Before 3 , they were rude told my to call Expedia I fell asleep holding so long with them. So I called them again the next morning, they told me as long as they could confirm I didn't come they would take off the charge and didn't. When I called the hotel the next day the hung up on me. Terrible I'll never book thru Expedia or get another roo with them. I drive almost 3 hours to go there from Cleveland I had just caught a cold."
