"Our experience overall was better than we could have expected. Not only was the room spacious and beautiful, the whole set up of the pool area was great, but the staff was stellar. Adrian, the manager, and the front desk gals couldn't have been more accommodating, jumping at every chance to make us happy. On the evening of the lock-down due the the cartel retaliation in Puerto Vallarta, when we were unable to leave the premises to get dinner and breakfast, Sylvia took it upon herself to order in pizzas and pastries for guests - rather than staying in our rooms and feeling stressed about the situation, she made it so that we had a great time mingling with other guests and forgetting about the shut-down. Also, the cleaning staff was very friendly and efficient. Thank you to Adrian, Silvia, and Dianna for an awesome 28 days!!! See you next year."

"This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects for this category of hotel. It is ideal for a 2-3 day stay…. Not so great IMHO… for an extended stay.. The staff in all areas is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained.. There is one thing missing that pretty much all the guests agreed on….There is no safety deposit box in-room or available at the front desk. Kind of a confusing ommision for a premium hotel in Mexico. "

Le déjeuner est assez nul. Les œufs gris…… Le jeune travailleur cependant, gentil. Je ne recommande aucunement cet endroit."
