"Perfect, highly professional staff."

"Good location for walking and transport. Not really 5 star facilities. Housekeeping was extremely poor ,missing towels several days, room never hoovered in a week stay. Roof terrace bar very shabby, dirty, worn furniture. Wanted €20 to use the pool. No apologies when complained about housekeeping. Could not even be bothered to ask if we had a good stay on checkout. "

"It was my second stay with this hotel. This time, the coffee machine was out of order ( they said they will fix it next day )and the scale was also not working which was not fixed even in next day. Floor towel was missing when checked in in the first day. Ali, the staff who was always very helpful, sent to the room swiftly."

"So large! Huge and spacious. Had everything we needed. Sadly I did wake up a number of times hearing other bedrooms. Staff at the front desk was lovely. "

"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"Would return to the same hotel because it was so walkable, close to the old center and relatively quiet even in the middle of the center. Didn't open the windows and balcony doors, so it must be the good sound proofing of the doors. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy. Furnished quite sparsely but the price was reasonable. "

"Good value for money. Single room with en-suite had all the basics needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. People not used to cities might find the location and vibe of the streets around the accommodation slightly off-putting, but nothing to be scared of. Location is in fact very handy. Breakfast in a nearby bar is nice."
