"I want to compliment the receptionist that worked Friday night. There was a problem with the computer, and she couldn't get guests checked in and the line grew and grew. She was the only one at the counter and was calling for help but was clearly overwhelmed. We all felt bad for her as she was doing everything she could. "One wash cloth. One bar of soap. The bathroom floors were unbelievable sticky! Dirty mop? I was placed in a handicap room. The refrigerator wasn’t working. Called the desk and they inform me to pull out the unit and check the back to see if it was switched off. Construction crew tenants like to turn it off so their beer wouldn’t freeze. It was off."
