"Handicap accessible was not 100% accessible for the bathroom, it had a tub with hand rails but not the walk in shower we needed. Staff was very helpful in helping us make it work."

"This was my best experience staying at a hotel where my daughter went to university! Too bad she graduated this year. I was welcomed by the most nice man checking me in. He was so pleasant and he seemed to like his job. And the gal working the breakfasts was engaging, too. The room was beautiful and comfortable! Only concern was water temperature…it varied from not being able to get cool/cold water in the bathroom sink to only get cool water in the shower the next day. Even with that, if I ever need to go back to Marion, I would choose this hotel hands down from the others I stayed in."

"No hot water for shower , no pool it was more like a storage room , outside our window from 1st floor garage mattresses and beer cans all over out there."

"There is no fitness center. Pool and lobby under construction. Breakfast was good. Nothing to do in the area for 20 miles. It served its purpose for a weekend graduation."

"Staff pleasant enough, no complaints there, room was priced reasonably... except, barking dog. A rather loud barking was annoyingly triggered while walking the hallway. Person at the desk explained the dog only barked when occupant was not in the room. The dog was quiet for roughly 8 hours per day, the rest of the time, not so much. Excuses from the front desk, not solutions. "

"Pull out couch had an old mattress that was about 4 inches thick. So uncomfortable you couldn’t sleep on it. The bath gel in the bathroom was empty and the breakfast was very mediocre "

"I have stayed at this hotel previously and haven’t had any complaints. This time, we needed a handicap accessible room and I was quite disappointed with the bathroom facilities. While there were plenty of grab bars in the shower and around the toilet, having a walk in shower would have been much better. Unfortunately, when I inquired about a handicap accessible bench to use in the shower, I was told that the hotel only had 1 and it was in use. The room was quite comfortable otherwise. Thank you."
