They were patient in helping me with changing my room and extending my stay one more evening. It was a good hotel for the cost and being able to walk to a place to eat was convenient. The location was quiet. I was happy with the service and the hotel

We enjoyed our stay - our room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good. Only one little complaint was the fan in the bathroom was broken and was very loud but other than that it was a great place to stay!

Erin was very nice and made us feel at home. She allowed us to check in a little early because a room was available. And another hotel employee helped us with directions to see granddaughter play softball.

Older hotel, but clean. Friendly staff. Typical breakfast - eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles. Chain restaurants in the area. Not much to do in the area. Ft. Wayne is approx 35 miles away - lots to do there. We'll stay at this hotel again when traveling

Exceeded my expectations

Check-in was efficient and much appreciated since we were a little before the official 3:00 time. Room (200) was large and quiet. I always appreciate when there is a constant fan option on the A/C. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast will not win any awards, but it was fine and the service was great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Everything was clean and in good repair. Desk employees were prompt and kind. Beds and linens were SOOOO comfy. Pool was fun. Only disappointment was that there was no hot tub, as the picture on the website for this particular location showed. I planned to relax in it while the kids swam. Loved how close it is to everything and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town visiting my best friend.

The shower curtain rod prevents the curtains from closing all the way so water gets outside the shower, and our fridge/microwave was off. Staff was wonderful at coming right in and fixing the fridge and was friendly.

I liked that my towels were refilled daily even tho they noted rooms would only be serviced every 3 days. I didn’t like my floor not being vacuumed. Something was tracked in on the carpet and stayed the duration of my 4 night stay. Overall a good hotel that’s showing some age. Yet we’ll staffed.

Our room had a hole in the floor. I stepped in it and felt like I was going to go through to the 1st floor. I stepped in it again later in the dark and almost twisted my ankle. Someone should really look into that. Other than that, no complaints. Staff was friendly and courteous. The building was clean both in and out. The room was also clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotels.com booked me 2 rooms. I only booked 1 and only got 1 confirmation number. The staff at check-in was very helpful with this. The hotel is a bit dated, the hallway had a big need of vacuuming (it was a later arrival), and the elevator inspection expired in March-which showed because the elevator tried to lift without the doors being shut. There were a few "wiry" hairs on the tub on arrival. Also if it rains, there is a loud drip from the rain pipes outside if you are in a room at the rear of the building (all night)-those night need cleaning out. Everything else was fine.
