The Customer service was great from the front desk. Breakfast was great as well! Will definitely book again. Also nice being able to turn on and off the ac!

Front desk gals were cheerful and friendly. However, the management has cut corners- no daily room service, not super clean (hair on floor, stopped up sink), bed mattress super old and saggy. Sad. With a few raised standards, this would be an excellent place, as the employees are seemingly quite ready to jump higher!

Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. Lovely big tv which was good for a family room. Staff were very friendly and professional. The only negative was that there was no mention of times of breakfast at check in and we hadn’t realised that breakfast stopped at 9am which is early for a hotel. That said, the lady who lay out the breakfast went out of her way to make sure we all had something left to eat and drink that we were grateful for.

Room was clean, had to ask for towels everyday from front desk. House cleaning never had any to give to us. Never ask us if needed anything. Room as said was clean but needed some maintanence, overall was ok but will stay elsewhere if in area again.

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at! We were there two nights and appreciated the clean (not musty) scent of the room. Very tidy in room and public spaces, like the hallways and foyer area. Suitable breakfast with hot food of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. Also milk, OJ, yoghurt, cereal, toast available. Again very clean and bright breakfast area. Bed was comfy, and I appreciated that cooling unit could be set at constant fan for the white noise at night. Front desk quickly gave me extra pillows when I asked for them. Pool was nicely taken care of, again CLEAN area. Not too hot in the pool enclosure area. We are definitely going to stay here from now on when we are in the area! Highly recommend this hotel!

The stay was a good experience. Hotel is older could use some updates. Breakfast was plentiful with good options. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, bed was more on the firm side, still comfortable. Sheets were nice but the blanket is rough. We would stay again.

Accommodating staff

Great location with a friendly staff. The elevator was down so they gave us an upgraded suite that was on the 1st floor. The mattress was broke down and needed replaced and it seemed like some of the amenities were outdated but overall it was a good stay because of the accommodating staff.

Because of extreme road construction, it was a maze like experience getting to the hotel. Many many rural roads and turns. Coming from Columbus, Oh. it was very annoying that there were no highway roads with a more direct approach.
