"We didn’t know quite what to expect from a “Homestay” what a great experience. The property is a short walk from the beach We had a lovely spacious room. Air conditioning & Wi Fi Marco Polo and his team were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay so relaxing. "The property is located in a serene village with lake view. Nice covered walkways to the rooms and cottages. Lobby is nice, bit away from the rooms. Nicely landscaped surroundings. Good food options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was courteous. My originally given room had some moldy smell and they exchanged it. Rooms are clean with nice bathrooms, AC and comfortable bed. Limited chargeable snack items and beverages were stocked. Has spa and activities room which I didn't use. There is a nice pool with amenities. Good property. Cons: Property has got maintenance going on. There was no advice regarding the noise. Sleep was disturbed due to intermittent banging sound from upstairs. Management should have taken care of this. The village is not having any nearby walkable shops or other public amenities. So transportation can be slightly difficult to get to attractions in the city side."

"We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."

"Our room was beautiful, modern and well maintained. We especially loved the bathroom layout. The honeymoon cake and bed decorations were such thoughtful touches! The staff were warm, attentive, and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Special thanks to Renjini, Abhijit, Ranbir, and Ajit for their wonderful hospitality!"

"Very nice, very quiet property. The entrance is not very conspicuous for first timers. When we were there, there was some construction going on, so it was understandable that some areas were not as clean. However, this also affected the path to the in-house restaurant making the approach unpleasant and little things like these are not very difficult to manage even with the construction going on, and it was a bit of a surprise. Rooms and facilities were excellent otherwise, food was good, staff pleasant."

The beach is very near to the cottages, you have to wallk like 100 meters to reach. Internet was slow. Badminton rackets are in bad condition. Cycles are not there, which we read that they would be there."
