Family-Friendly Home in a Private Lake

It's our family weekend home, a place that has been exclusively enjoyed by our immediate family. We're excited to extend a warm welcome to other families who can appreciate the space, nature, and amenities our home has to offer.

Nestled in a private lake community shared by only a handful of families, our home offers a unique opportunity to experience lake activities, hiking, skiing, and more.

The space
The house is perfectly suited for relaxation, entertaining kids, and working from home as needed.

Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with an dining area. You'll find one full bathroom with dual sinks, along with an outdoor shower, as well as a convenient half bath located in the basement area.

Lake is 5 min walk from home and its community is very realx and chill.

The basement offers versatility, serving as either a functional office space complete with WiFi and an external monitor, or as an engaging entertainment area for children with a bounce house.

There is also a weekly Adventure Camp (8:30 AM-3 PM) for little ones (ages 3 to 13) at Catamount Resort between July 8th and August 23rd. The camp is a 20-minute drive from our house.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy exclusive access to a private lake during their stay, just a 5-minute walk from our home. For added convenience, we provide a wagon to easily transport belongings to and from the lake.

Guests will have access to most areas in the house except our primary bedroom and garage. We may also lock some drawers and closets.


Other things to note
We live in a small private community area. We maintain a respectful relationship with our lovely neighbors and kindly ask that guests also be considerate of them during their stay. The community beach area has rules that are very normal and reasonable, such as protecting against harmful water animals, no fishing on the dock when others are present, no BBQ grills or fire-related equipment on the premises, and taking your trash back home. We believe these rules are all reasonable and hope to avoid any misunderstandings if your expectations differ.
