"Enjoyed our two night stay at the Clementine Hotel for Disneyland. We had a bi-level loft which was more than enough room for our family of four. Disneyland is a very easy walk "

"The staff were very friendly and the property was clean. It was an easy walk to the parks and our kids loved the splash pad area. The only disappointment was that our building had no elevator which was tricky with a large stroller. Also, being on the top floor, our room had large sky lights with no window coverings, which meant we were up very early with the sunrise. I would suggest some kind of covering to keep the room adequately dark."

"The room was nice worked for our needs. But was anything special to write home about. The location to park is great. Staff was helpful when asked questions. Pool was nice to take a break in during unusually hot weather in February"

"The front desk was not very friendly. The lady who checked me in was quite rude. When I signed up for the hotel there was nothing that mentioned they added another $23.50 per night for parking, making the room quite expensive. She said there was nothing she could do. Then I found out that she was bribing other people in my party to leave a 5 star review and was waiving their entire parking fee. I asked her about that and she became even more rude. The toilets made a screeching sound the entire night and when we first arrived to our room there were clothes everywhere and the beds weren’t even made. Luckily our stay here was so we could be close to Disneyland and we were goin 90% of the time. I would not recommend this hotel at all! The man at the front desk was the only nice person we experienced."

"We always stay here when we go to Disney over 20 yrs. The staff is amazingly friendly. The Rooms are so clean. So close to Disney in walking distance..they have alot of amenities..."

"The front desk staff were great. I went to breakfast with my family & there were no tables available, so I waited outside with my daughter for my husband to grab his breakfast. An employee (elderly man) saw us outside and insisted I go inside as we’re only two people and we could squeeze anywhere, I said no thank you 3 times before walking away. I appreciate that he was trying to be helpful but really, he wouldn’t take no for an answer. away away "

"Pro: The property was clean. The Staff are professional. Check In- Easy! Super Close to Disneyland. Cons: They advertise Breakfast included, but I asked the front desk, and was told it breakfast in a bag. That’s not breakfast. The mini fridge in your room makes too much noise. The pillow was too flat for my taste. I felt for the price I paid I was robbed. I could have paid that or a tad bit more and had a good night sleep. With real breakfast. "
