"If you book here, look up the address don’t follow the directions you get by clicking the email link. Those directions take you to a suburban home in a different town 20 miles away!! The front desk knows but can’t do anything about it. That was super frustrating, for us and them. The room was very clean, but everything except the fridge and beds was VERY small. The shower was just wide enough to stand in, the “closet” was only about 10 inches deep, the microwave was tiny and the “breakfast” fit in perfectly. Breakfast was bread, bagels, apples, cold cereal and coffee. The elevator is super slow, taking the stairs is faster. They do have several signs reminding you to lock your car, so I suspect that may be warranted, but I didn’t feel unsafe in any way. The AC was noisy but worked very well. The shower got hot(ish) eventually. The mattresses are just about the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The pillows are nice and thick. Despite there being dogs in the rooms around us, I only heard one bark when I was in the hall, so the soundproofing is good. There is ample parking and the parking lot is well maintained. The number of outlets in the room would be sufficient for even the most tech dependent. It’s just a bit off the highway and there are lots options nearby to get an actual breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay there again."

"I would like to offer a constructive suggestion regarding the room design and bed accommodations. While my overall stay was very pleasant and the service was excellent, I noticed that the spacing around the beds may present accessibility and comfort challenges for many guests. The beds were positioned extremely close to both the walls and the air conditioning unit, making it difficult to move comfortably around the room or access the beds easily. In particular, the space between one bed and the AC unit was so limited that even passing through sideways was uncomfortable. Although I personally managed, I immediately thought about guests with larger body types, mobility limitations, injuries, or even families traveling with children, for whom this setup could be significantly more challenging. I share this feedback with genuine respect and consideration, as I believe small layout adjustments could greatly improve guest comfort and accessibility without compromising the room’s overall design. Aside from this observation, everything else during my stay was wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality and attention to guest experience."

"First impressions room was good, but when we start walking around the room wasn’t clean enough, the shower had hairs, bed frames were dusty and comforters were wrinkled, Restaurant had a sing saying they had short ribs tacos and when I ordered it waitress said they didn’t have it because was a promotion of the day before (I saw the sing around 3:30 p.m), restaurant crew should removed promotion sings at the end of the work night"

"Room smells like urine and the room furniture was really old, restroom low maintenance. I havevto request a different room and it was supper price. $322 the night a 5 star horel price but the hotel was a 2 star hotel. Never again and I will not recommen this website. "

"Straight false advertisement. They had six pieces of toast waffle maker was broken little to none hot water to make oatmeal. No juice. They do not care about their customers. It is literally people who are foreigners exploiting Americans who need to stay somewhere. They need to take off Continental breakfast for sure. I had to move the microwave to the bathroom in order to use it. There's a power shortage for the TV and the microwave. Check out time is at 11:00 they will harass you until you leave. They make motel 6 look like the Marriott. And on top of that they will tow your car if it's unregistered. Literally go out of their way to make sure you have a worser time in life. "

"Room had paint splatter on the floor in multiple locations. Fridge did not work (and looked like it had been hauled out of a dump). No trash receptacles. No plastic cups. TV, but no remote. Comforter on bed had tears in it. Toilet seat looked like it was original !! No rods to hang clothes. Dresser had pulls missing. Bugs (maybe roaches?). Barely got hot water for shower. Left after one night. Nice grassy area to walk dogs."
