Excellent location and quiet. The staff were friendly and our room was very clean. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door and is available until noon. Staying at the Diamond made our trip to Amsterdam memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent short stay at the Diamond. Great location! Close to restaurants, bars, tram and shopping. Rooms were very well appointed and the beds comfortable. Would stay again when I am back in Amsterdam. Thank you

Very friendly staff ...great location...we loved our 3 nights. The trams outside are a little noisy and the toilet in the bedroom has a transparent door which was not great for privacy otherwise it was great

You should be mindful that there is a tram that takes you to the hotel from the Central Station BUT UBERS do not go or pick up right near the hotel. it is about a 5-10 minute walk to the uber pick up.

Beautiful and very functional modern rooms. Accommodations for two leave some privacy challenges if you are anything but romantically involved. But not insurmountable. GREAT location!

The location of the hotel is good but very very noisy i told them at the reception i made them hear the video that I recorded none cares I decided to leave the hotel and book another one wast of money I don’t recommend this to anyone rooms r like prison and noisy

An absolutely wonderful hotel — perfectly located, incredibly comfortable, and truly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were received with exceptional kindness and outstanding professionalism. The manager who welcomed us went above and beyond to meet all our needs with remarkable efficiency and warmth. The hotel's convenience made our stay even more enjoyable. Good location, but very disappointing stay. Room temperature was uncomfortable due to broken air conditioning. The connected restaurant, promoted by the hotel, treated us badly and the hotel refused responsibility. Definitely not five-star worthy.

I was very impressed with The Diamond! The property is brand new, modern, comfortable, and conveniently located. I loved everything about the room from the king-sized bed, to the thoughtful amenities. It even had a lofted window seat I could climb up on to enjoy a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Samuel and Elina who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and convenient. They lent me an outlet adapter when I realized I'd neglected to pack one, and when I extended my stay they sorted things out to accommodate me without having to switch rooms. The location in Leidesplein is excellent with restaurants, nightlife, and shopping right outside and an easy walk to everything you'd like to see in the city. I highly recommend staying at The Diamond!

The rooms are more nice to look at than they are practical. Helpful and understanding staff. Great location with the tram stops right outside and busy nightlife and restaurants while still being quiet in the rooms. The movie iHostage takes place across the street.

리셉션에서 웰컴과 따뜻한 친절함에 편안한 시간 보냈어요. 위치적으로 최적이고, 호텔 앞에 차도가 없어 좋기도 하지만 짐을 옮길 때는 아주 조금 번거롭긴해요. 그래도 지내는 내내 편안하게 이동했습니다. 도시세가 비싼 걸 감안해 미니바의 간식이 모두 무료에요. 여러가지로 신경 많이 쓴 호텔이에요.

De kamer is mooi, maar verder voldoet dit hotel totaal niet aan het 5-sterren niveau. Personeel was niet aardig, uitzicht was vreselijk. Blijkbaar zitten de 5 sterren dan in de kamer. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vind ik niet okay en ik zal het hotel niet meer boeken.

The property is in a great area, close to everything. Lots of cafe bars and restaurants, shopping and most attractions walkable. Tram stop almost outside hotel. Staff are very very friendly. Reception (everyone) were extremely friendly and helpful, I would say exceptional. Only negative and small concern, room was on smaller side, no kleenex. The bed however was uber comfortable. Great place to stay.
