This is a very nice hotel, but not a 5* property.
The rooms are nice, but small, there's room to leave your bags, and not much more (quite smaller than in the pictures).
There's nothing in the room deco that stands out for a 5*. Standard furniture, no views (internal patio view).
Breakfast is good, but not outstanding. Besides the hot and cold buffet you can order from the kitchen, but it's limited to omelets and eggs benedict.
The staff is nice, but not what I would expect in a 5* property. For example:
We are a couple, I've asked for the slippers, they have left 1 pair... I had to ask again to get the other pair.
For breakfast I've asked for a table with a sofa, there were 6 available. They said all were booked. I've spent 45 minutes there for breakfast and many of those tables were still available. Simply, they don't want to take the trouble of sanitizing another table.
The quantity of shower gel in the bathroom was barely enough for one person to shower.
For the "simplicity" of the property, the lack of customer focus I would rate this property as a 3.5*.
