The first two nights were fine for what you pay for it. In the 3rd day we woke up to a terrible smell in the room, the toilets and shower had flooded, filling the room with dirty water and a terrible smell. All basement rooms had flooded, even though they knew this they didn’t check on our room and instead left it to us to notify them( they had already began cleaning other rooms). My clothes were ruined, the hotel told us no dry cleaners were open and that it was basically our problem. We found one open less than 2 minutes away, and it took them over an hour to get us into a different room after we had to clean our own things up with black bin bags. My suitcase has been ruined, so has my earphones and other clothing items which now over a week later have yet to be compensated for. I have tried many times to get through to the hotel including the Hotels.com team who have also tried their best. It dampened the trip and could have left us seriously ill with the water that filled the room(which was mostly sewage water). Please whatever you do do not visit the hotel, they care more about checking people in rather than your own health and well-being. I was told the manager was to contact me and have yet to receive a single reply which is why I’ve decided to put up this review and warn others from staying away from it. I have attached photos bellow from the way we were woken up, please visit a different hotel.
