Personal sehr freundschaftlich , Hotel unsauber. Mäuse in der 2.und 3. Etage in den Zimmern. Meine Kekse wurden sogar angefressen. Rettungswege mit alten Matratzen teilweise zugestellt. Frühstück einfallslos, jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. Strassenverkehr vor dem Hotel. Rückseitig ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, blickt aber in einen liederlichen Hinterhof.

Personelle a l'écoute cependant ayant commander une chambre double avec vue sur la rue ainsi que petit dejeuner, moi et ma compagne nous nous somme retrouver dans une chambre vrm minuscule avec aucune vue sur la rue. Sinon a part ca petit dejeuner sympa et bon personnel

Nos cobraram uma taxa de 50 euros na entrada alegando que seria uma taxa que deveria ser paga. Não criamos problemas e pagamos (embora seja estranho). Nos colocaram em um quarto minusculo com uma cama pouco maior de solteiro e um banheiro que mal me cabia. Estávamos apenas com bagagens de mão e mesmo assim não tinha local para as malas. Nunca tinha visto algo parecido... Fomos reclamar, mesmo porque as fotos disponibilizadas no site eram bem diferentes daquilo. O atendente disse que no dia não poderia nos atender e que talvez no outro dia o problema fosse resolvido. Dormimos virados de lado para caber na cama. Pela manhã a mesma discussão com o recepcionista. Nos disponibilizou outro quarto, no porão do hotel e sem ventilação. No entanto, era um quarto de tamanho normal ou até grande, com uma cama de casal espaçosa. Assim, nos alojamos nesse quarto pois o outro não tinha a menor condição. Ao que parece tem quartos bons também no hotel. Então melhor ficar atento a isso para não se assustar. Café da manhã razoável para fraco e bem rigorosos com o horário de término (10h00), inclusive para quem já está no local. Localização ótima. O hotel ao que parece é de umas chinesas que moram no porão. Falam muito alto e brigam entre si, embora tentem ser simpáticas com os hóspedes.

Nice hotel, easy to spot with its raspberry walls. Staff very polite and helpful. I got a triple room for one so very pleased to have the spaciousness. Downside was that it was downstairs in the basement, so a spiral legbreaker staircase had to be coped with, and wifi was very patchy down there (better near the bed or upstairs in the breakfast room). All facilities excellent. 24 hour reception, location ideal. Tiny bit noisy because people walking by and hanging around outside the hotel but not too bad. Recommended.

Old building, horrible bed , actually there’s no bed but a little layer of bed topper keeps sliding, I been giving a single bed but it was kind of kids bed I doubt that was an adult one and the pillows were sad, stiff and high and not even so hard to sleep on them, I talked to the manager and he said “ he would reduce the filling “ make worse. It was unpleasant experience over all. The quality of the bedding wasn’t great too. Poor and shabby wasn’t able to sleep when people on top floor using the toilet because of the noise of the water from the roof. NEVER AGAIN IN THAT HOTEL.

Camera singola spacciata per doppia. Non un vero letto ma un divano letto con un materasso inadeguato. Topi nella stanza. Biancheria logora. Camera claustrofobica. Staff scortese. Ho foto a riprova di tutto ciò che ho detto. Le foto sul sito sono ingannevoli al limite della frode!ho scritto più mail, alla struttura e al supporto expedia. Attendo riscontro. 3 notti a 553 euro per dormire scomoda, in compagnia del topo!

I had no drawbacks, however it should be noted that at least my room did not have air conditioning. Important in summer. You can hear through the walls and they certainly hear you, I don't care.

Me ha encantado

El hotel esta muy cerca de los lugares turísticos de Amsterdam, lo que más nos ha gustado es la cama, es muy cómoda. Los recepcionistas son muy majos y te ayudan en todo los que necesites a cualquier hora.

The location was excellent, close to transport and 10 minutes walk from both the museums and the canal ring. The room was small, basic but very clean. Staff very helpful. Pub opposite was noisy on the first night (football match?) and staff immediately offered to move us to another room. Very good for a budget hotel.

Muy buena ubicación. Personal amable, intentan ayudar en lo que puedan. Limpieza escasa, debajo de la cama polvo, calcetines de otros huéspedes, y dos mandos de tv, indica que hace mucho no limpiaban debajo. Camas incómodas. No aire acondicionado, ventilador de mesa, escaso para días de calor. Por el precio no está tan mal...

Very nice front desk staff however the hotel was sweltering hot with no air conditioner. It was extremely uncomfortable , the temperatures outside were 88 degrees. Also the rooms are very tiny and the bathroom was even tinier - towels not so clean- had to ask for replacements. Great location though, very lively and easy to get around. Spend a little more money and get better accommodations!

The room smelled of dirty socks, a curtain was missing so we couldn’t get the room completely dark, there was no double glazing at the front so the cafe opposite was noisy. The room had cheap, dark furniture in it, all very depressing. This place could be amazing if they spent a bit of money on it. It’s very overpriced for what it is, I’m sure there are better hotels for the same money.
