Good spot to stay for concert at Ziggo Done (7-8 min walk). Check in staff were friendly. Bed was the only thing that could use improvement (it had a sag).

Perfect service

Absolutely lovely young woman at reception. The entire staff was friendly and the service efficient. Our room was clean and spacious. Lovely big bathroom. Although the water pressure was on the low side so it took forever to fill the bathtub. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perfect distance to public transport and a short walk to ziggo dome. On the last morning, however, we noticed that when the sun started to shine from a clear sky, the room started to heat up quite quickly. Luckily, we had nice, cool weather, but in the heat it could have been uncomfortable.

Everything was great with the staff the cleanliness and the hotel. A few of the down sides, when we got there we got a city tax, it caught me by surprise. It probably says it somewhere in the documentation, but maybe as a UX they should let you know a bit more proactively. Also there is a construction next to the hotel as the writing of this review and they started to work at 7 am.

The breakfast was good. Quiet area and close to the ziggo dome if you’re coming for a concert. The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had. The room was small for an executive room and ac is climate controlled.

Perfect! Best choice for Amsterdam!

I went several times to Amsterdam and it was my first experience outside of the city. It could not be better! Amazing staff and reception! Very good breakfast! Around 5 min walking from the metro! Easy parking! My next trip to Amsterdam, I will stay there again!

One night stay, near airport.

We booked at the last minute as our flight got cancelled from Amsterdam. They accommodated us even though the booking has not reached them by the time we did. The hotel is nice, right next to holiday inn Express. Stay was comfortable, and front desk was helpful! The hotel has a small store for supplies which was helpful. The hotel itself is very close to the arena, and is a 10 minute train ride from schiphol airport.

Great for gigs

We had a nice comfortable stay here and would recommend this hotel if, for example, you are attending a gig at the Ziggo Dome. One recommendation for the hotel would be to add a couple more vegan options to the dining menu, the salad on offer was very nice but not at all filling

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful… good breakfast with a variety of foods to choose from. Although there is limited transport near the hotel.. it’s a short walk to the metro station. The negative aspect was that the bathtubs stopper didn’t work and so could not have a bubble bath…and no water is provided by the hotel unless your a member of the hotel group.
