Great stay - staff were super welcoming and kind, very helpful. Rooms were big and very clean, the bathrooms were great, having the AC during the heatwave was a lifesaver. Location was okay, just a bit out of the way - across the road from the metro so very convenient, but it would take 10-15min at least to get to the city centre. Nice area, good breakfast, would recommend.

Great location near the tram stop, the tram into central is only 3 stops! Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Breakfast was really good and alot of variety. I would definitely stay here again.

Value for money hotel

Fantastic staff, rooms comfy with bottle of water replaced daily. Breakfast excellent so much choice from smoothies, yogurts, waffles, pastries, and cooked foods. Pizzas cooked in the evening and a well stocked bar with nibbles & drinks. Although 3 tram stops away from central station was easy to negotiate with the gvb travel card bought in the UK. Very knowledgeable staff especially Karolina who helped with our travel queries and lovely lady who assisted with breakfast Marchui each day.

The hotel staff and size of the room were great. A very nice lady at the front desk gave us great recommendations and was very patient. Very good and varied breakfast. It’s a little outside of the town center, but it’s conveniently located 2 min away from a tram station, which takes you to the central station in 5 minutes.

Though a bit out of the centre, it was very close to the trams which we used extensively. Property itself was fine although it is probably coming up to a stage where some rooms will need to be renovated soon. Breakfast was very good and the staff especially those helping with breakfast were awesome.

Tres belle hotel avec des gens a l'accueil tres serviables. Un jeune homme tres sympathique nous abordait toujours lorsqu'il nous voyait et nous demandais comment a ete notre journée.
