"Lovely hotel in fantastic location. All staff were very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Our canal view room was worth the extra expense and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was newly refurbished and very modern. Food was of good quality at breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant, if a little on the expensive side. Would definitely stay at the Ambassade Hotel again. Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay."

"Close to museums, opera, shopping and parks. The location is close to everything yet so quiet, peaceful and safe at night. The rooms are clean and spacious for Europe. The common room and garden glowed with light. Breakfast was superb. Oh, and the staff -- simply wonderful! Unbelievably friendly. Overall, we loved the vibe. "We stayed at this location for a week and had a lovely experience. The hotel is near many museums and you can easily walk to the city center and access public transportation. We were given the option of having a room with a view or a room away from the street which would be quieter. We appreciated the option and ended up choosing the view. We could hear cars and people outside sometimes, but it did not bother us, the view of the canal was also beautiful! Overall we would definitely stay at this location again! "
