Housekeeping could have been better. Water glasses were not properly cleaned, a bath towel put in our room after cleaning was dirty, wash clothes were forgotten one day. Also, a problem with HVAC, was turned off inexplicably and had to call down to rectify.

Hotel Not Hotel Amsterdam
This was a very unusual, quirky hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel does not provide breakfast and there is no TV or kettle in any of the rooms. Our room (the upstairs Blue room), had its own shower, toilet and sink (but some rooms shared facilities). That said, our room was a good ...
