"Beautiful view, clean, great family home, great communication by the owner. American River is a great base to see the rest of K.I. Limited groceries at the general store but the supermarket at Kingscote is only 30mins away. Great bar and restaurant food 5mins away at the Mercure Resort. The home was wonderful for us as a family member has limited mobility and there was no stairs to deal with and a great view."
