"The rooms were beautifully upgraded, just needs a soap holder in shower. We lucked up on parking got street parking after 6 right across street from property. Valet could have opened the door for us, but hey? Maybe he was upset we didnt use valet. The do have valet for a nearby garage . Didnt use the resturant or bar, acne in late and remodeling was happening in lobby area ."

"Was delayed and showed up later than expected only to find that they'd cancelled my booking. I stay at hotels a lot for work and had run into the issue before had never, ever had a hotel not honor the original booking and just reprocess the room. But even though Brie, the woman checking me in, *confirmed* they'd received the booking and my pre-payment, seemed almost gleeful in saying that they would not honor it because I'd booked through a third-party website. I had to call expedia and spend more than an hour on the phone with someone (who couldn't even correctly identify my timezone IIRC) only to be forced to pay almost twice what I'd paid originally to get the room I'd already paid for. About halfway through this, another guy (Malcolm or Ron, I think) showed up, and I got the distinct feeling there wouldn't have been an issue if he'd been there from the jump, but at that point I'd already paid again through expedia. To add insult to injury, the room was a lipstick-on-a-pig situation, a clearly decades-old hotel that they threw new paint and tile on, but the fundamentals were poor and outdated (e.g. HVAC marginal, poor noise insulation, bedding uncomfortable, curtains broken). The experience was so bad, I haven't booked with either since. Avoid the Delta and choose any of the many others nearby that provide exceptional service while getting the details right, like the Commonwealth (great location, higher end) or Holiday Inn Express (budget, very comfortable & business-like)"

"Everything was so good from the time that I got there. Check-in was a breeze room was very clean. Parking was very convenient with the garage being right next-door and also all of my events that I had planned was only 5 to 10 minutes away. The Moxiy is definitely in a great location."

"Very poor effects. 1. No clear instructions on where to have breakfast when having breakfast in your reservation. Front desk failed to provide clear instructions on what to expect at the bistro in the morning 2. Close the breakfast place without any advance notice even after we got affirmative confirmation to have breakfast at bistro the night before. 3. Front office has no compassion or efforts to help the customers when we express our frustration and the hotel lack of communication of closing the breakfast place. The guy said nothing he can do and told us to wait until manager come back 4. Although we communicated to the manager about the expense we spent elsewhere for the breakfast the same day and agreed upon points to be reimbursed, no points were hit our account one week after checking out.
