"Unique little inn with spacious rooms. It was a breath of fresh air to NOT stay in a chain hotel. The room was clean and quiet. the staff was courteous and helpful with walking distance restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful dinner at Lillie Pearl. Surprised by the great breakfast and excellent coffee the next morning at hotel's on site cafe. The only negative was we got a $30 parking ticket at the nearby garage we were advised to park at. The machine that distributes tickets was broken and we listened to a local who did it was ok to park there without paying. My bad. I would stay him at London Row"

That said, staff are generally responsive once you connect with them, and they’re helpful and professional when you need something. Overall, it’s an enjoyable, comfortable stay in a prime Richmond location—and one I’d be happy to recommend, especially for anyone who values walkability and a higher-comfort hotel experience."
