"The staff was nice and I liked how it fit our family of 5 comfortably in three beds. However some minor inconveniences such as the room safety box not working, the telephone not working (so we can call the front desk ie for more towels or complain about the safety box not working) was annoying. The jacuzzi, one of the main reasons for us choosing this place over other places was also not working.(it was going to be fixed on the day we were leaving). The general manager was nice and refunded $100 off our reservation to make up for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. And also offered to cancel the rest of the booking for no penalty if we wanted to stay somewhere else. It was only one more day, so we decided to stay. "

"Room was clean and modern with a well-stocked chiller and slightly less-stocked snack bar. Bed was extremely comfortable (firm King, as we like it) and electrical/charging amenities were more than adequate (wall, lamps and wireless). We only stayed 3 nights, however, like most post-COVID hotels, housekeeping needs to be requested as well as towel changes and bathroom supply refills. Staff is professional, friendly and always present and ready to assist. Hotel parking (valet) is convenient and secure 24-hrs - a great plus since its located in the center of downtown and within walking distance to everything. We also appreciated the hotel is very pet-friendly."
