"We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo in Dawsonville! The location couldn’t have been more convenient — especially being so close to the track, which made our entire trip smooth and stress-free.The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time, which made check-in and our stay seamless. The home was comfortable, well kept, and exactly what we needed after long days at the track.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...

"The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online.
