love this place !!

i loved the stay here, i’ve stayed twice now and the place is very nice, always clean, and the host is very helpful and responsive. The area is also nice with many restaurants. Would definitely book again!!

Great apartment - especially long term

I needed an extended stay in Dunwoody and this apartment was great. The host is very responsive and the kitchen is updated and the appliances were new. This apartment is unique because you do not have any neighbors for any of the adjacent walls. It is on the third floor so there was an apartment above that we could hear them walking around. . .but nothing that wasn't expected. Great stay!

Charming little space

Overall experience 4/5 stars. For starters, the apartment was very cute and spacious. The property's exterior appears very high end. Entering the location was fairly easy with the host buzzing you in. Parking was a nightmare. Plenty of spaces, however they're perfect for compact vehicles. You will be squeezing into a space. This goes against the complex and not the host, but the elevator you need to take up was slow, dirty and definitely needing a makeover. Entering the Apt was quite simple once you understand the unlocking app the host provides. Inside the Apt, very spacious with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The tub/shower was huge! Loved it. The king size bed was so/so. Not the most comfortable but definitely not the worst. The living room couch, not so great for lengthy lounging. There also isn't much other furniture for seating, outside a couple stools at a kitchen bar. The patio was empty and not inviting. As far as noise, only heard the upper Apt once, stomping around. The Apt is an outer unit so you will hear some outside noise. One night at midnight, someone thought it would be cool to continuously squeal their tires and burn out in the parking lot. That was quite frustrating. Overall though, mostly quiet. The area has every you need or want. Dining, shopping, grocery, etc. The only complaint I personally had is that the area itself is super congested. Traffic was fairly heavy with super long traffic signals. It appears to be an upcoming/growing area which naturally will bring loads of people. My main complaint was with cleanliness. Check-in was at 4pm which we arrived shortly after. We had to wait a bit however as the cleaning crew wasn't done cleaning. The host did acknowledge the inconvenience and graciously made up for it. The floor had a small amount of dirt/crumbs/unknown debris on it. Some of the dishes had food stuck on them. And lastly, the bed had several strands of loose hair left all over it. The first hair wasn't a big deal, we all lose hair... But then I found another, and another, to the point I personally changed the bedding with another set of clean sheets. It just seemed like a rushed cleaning. All in all, the place worked for us as we were always on the go. The host was great with communication and attended to every question we had. Thank you for letting us use your space.
