"The staff was very professional agreed to you right at the door. I would highly recommend the valet parking. They are so quick and eager to please you and with three dollar an hour parking on the street. The valet parking is well worth the price. The room was very comfortable they had a balcony where you can view the fireworks."

"Flight was delayed so I arrived very late. The shuttle was waiting for me at the airport (thank goodness) and my check-in was smooth. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping me check-in quickly and helped with a request I had. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was immaculate and comfortable and was a great place to crash for the night. There's a parking garage close by, and lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. If homeless people make you uncomfortable, you might not enjoy walking around, but we've never encountered anyone threatening downtown. If I were to ding the property at all, it would be over the cleanliness of the elevator; however, even that wasn't bad. The little cafe that's attached has a good morning food selection (lots of pastries and breakfast sandwiches), and overall the place was pretty quiet. Since it is downtown, it's never completely still, but we've stayed in louder places."
