"Traveled with my five year-old son. We stayed a total of two nights. The first thing we did after a 14 hour flight was take a shower, and it was backed up. We had to wait 20 minutes for the water to go down so that my son could shower. I told the lady his charge who lived upstairs. And she gave me extra towels to put down on the floor in case it overflowed. I really think they do this on purpose because they don’t want you to stay in the shower for more than three minutes. "We had an overnight stay when flying out of Lisbon. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful sunset view. The hotel itself was very nice, as was all of the staff members we had interactions with. We took advantage of the pool which was nice, but the steps and day beds were in need of a good cleaning. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend."
