Where to stay in Almada
Caparica
Beaches, spas and restaurants highlight some notable features of Caparica. Make a stop by Capuchos Convent or Golf Course Aldeia dos Capuchos while you're visiting, and jump aboard the metro at Monte de Caparica Station or Universidade Station to get around town.
Trafaria
Trafaria is well liked for its beaches and restaurants. If you're hoping to see more of the larger area, Belém Tower and Vasco da Gama Aquarium are some interesting sights nearby to check out.
Cacilhas
While you're in Cacilhas, take in top sights like Dom Fernando II e Gloria Ship or Terminal Fluvial de Cacilhas, and hop on the metro to see more of the city at 25 de Abril Station or Cacilhas Station.
Pragal
You might enjoy the restaurants while you're in Pragal, and if you want to see some more of the larger Almada, Cova da Piedade, Pragal e Cacilhas area, you can take a ride on the metro at Ramalha Station.
Pica Galo
While Pica Galo isn't home to many top sights, Belém Tower and Costa da Caparica Beach are some notable places to visit nearby.
Cova da Piedade
Even though there aren't top sights in Cova da Piedade, you can explore the larger area and take in top sights like Cristo Rei. Jump on the metro at Cova da Piedade Station to see more of the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Almost lost my phone and they tried to help me find it. Room was clean and modern. Unfortunately not soundproof enough. Good amenities. There’s a golf course beside it which was a bonus for us. Great view of the sunset and sunrise. Close to the airport.

The room was always very clean and the staff always wonderful. Iana (Irana? Sorry I'm awful at remembering names) was so lovely - always going above and beyond to be helpful!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Man hat definitiv seine Ruhe, ist aber dennoch nicht weit von den Stränden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt

Boho Beach Villa - patio w/ bbq. 2 min to the beach, 15 to Lisbon
We had a lovely few days in Portugal, we experienced the local fare, took the Ferry over to Lisbon for a day, but we enjoyed the quiet calm time we experienced in Trafaria the most.

Casa René, Lisbon's Hidden Gem
A hidden gem indeed! Ylv was such a curteous and kind hostess. She was eager to help us for transportation and activities nearby. The apt is very well situated close to the ferry towards Lisbon.
