"We have had an excellent stay at the Park Plaza Westminster, from check in to departure. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Really couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Great location, very close to Waterloo and transport links. We didn’t use the pool or spa but will definitely return to do so!"

"Room was noisy and very light all night, there was no ability to shut off the bathroom and no blinds in the bathroom to keep out the light and noise."

"Tiny room, outdated, not the cleanest. The noise from other rooms unbearable until 3am one night- maintenance work from 8am that was not prewarned. Good location though and was above average for a hotel for this size. "

"Amazing location! Literally sleeping next to the Theatre in Piccadilly!!! 😊. We booked the hotel to watch Les Mis which was absolutely incredible if you are thinking about a theatre trip. Easy check in. There was staff there to help with any hiccups. Friendly staff. Clean entrance with a few seats to charge phones etc. There was a really nice gym, not sure if you had to pay extra. Cafe area and more seating and work areas. Heads up, bag storage is £15 per suitcase and early check in £ 40. Room was super clean and very simple. No hairdryers or any frills but that's fine for what we wanted. Check out easy. Beautiful Japanese restaurant opposite called Shoryu . We had a fab time! "

"Room quite grubby, walls full of stains, serious issue with ventilation as there isn’t any extractors. When using the shower, steam cannot escape hence why there is so much peeling paint and mould throughout. Staff more interested in personal mobile phones, so it takes a moment to acknowledge you as they’re scrolling through their socials. Pillows quite thin, but we were only allowed one extra pillow between the two of us! "
