The Element is exceptional. Great rooms, nice staff. Shuttle is great. This is our go-to hotel when coming to Toronto or needing to stay for a layover. Thank you Element!

Absolutely super convenient to YYZ and next time I'd drop off my car at the airport the day before and avoid last minute car-rental return because Westin Toronto is minutes away from YYZ via their handy shuttle and I'd get dropped off steps to check-in. Evrything about the Westin was first class and convenient, even to the extended hours of their diningroom and pub, geared to travellers hours. Even the parking lot has a rear entry close to elevators. Rooms are spacious and bedding is luxurious and plentiful with fluffy duvets. Couldn't ask for more.

Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all.

Fixtures in room were in need of maintenance (shower head was caked on scale with poor pressure, tub drain was loose), room had significant condensation on the window when I arrived. Hallway near my room had garbage in several places. Security staff are present on all floors, which made me concerned that the hotel was not safe.
