"The room carpet needs work bunching in middle of room (tripping hazard) , the drywall and paint in washroom is blistering and peeling , not appealing , staff was accommodating and bhelped where they could , I’m a regular visitor to north bay , don’t know if I would stay there again , oh and the heating system was hard to navigate buttons warn out "

"The service at reception is top-notch perfect, ladies are welcoming, attentive to our needs, compassionate and empathetic. We stayed twice in a span of a week and would keep coming back in a heart-beat."

"Clean room and facility. Beds comfortable and spacious nice rooms. Only thing was that the pool was freezing and we asked numerous times for the temp to be increased as we were travelling with a girls sports team who wanted to use the pool. After 2 days it was still freezing. "
