"I stayed for five days, but housekeeping came only once during my entire stay, which was very disappointing. There were no washer and dryer facilities available even in a common area, which made the stay quite inconvenient. The room was also missing basic amenities like a microwave, and the TV did not work during my stay. Overall cleanliness and upkeep were not up to expectations, and the service quality did not match what was promised. Communication from the staff was also lacking, and requests were either delayed or not properly addressed. Additionally, one of the staff members—an Indian lady—was particularly rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was unwelcoming, and she came across as dismissive and overly authoritative, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Considering the price and expectations, this was not a satisfactory stay. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made in both service and amenities."

"I stayed 2 nights at this location. Staff were very friendly. However, this motel was not well maintained. Walkways and parking lot were obstacle courses with dog wastes everywhere. Rooms (I moved to another room due to broken TV) didn't look to have not been updated for decades. Old mattresses, stains on carpet and bathtubs, rusts around fixtures and AC, etc. "

"We had booked this hotel in July or last year and we knew we wanted to book it again by the experience we had from last time. Christian at the from desk is so professional, the breakfast lady is so sweet. When booking this time I saw all these negative reviews and knew it was just people being picky, but not one thing was wrong. The pool was a little cold but hey it’s surrounded by windows, it’s in the ground, and it’s winter. What do you expect. We will definitely booked this hotel again. "
