Great location. No staff on arrival, but key left out for us. Next morning a staff member was present to check out, and breakfast in neighbouring coffee bar. Only complaint was that we were the only guests and put in the furthest room on top floor so hot water took over 5 minutes to reach the room.

The property was exactly as advertised on Expedia! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room & bathroom were super clean and had all the amenities needed. The towels were top quality and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Was a perfect location when visiting Alghero! Short walk to the old city and in the middle of a shopping district. The staff was friendly and supportive. Very professional and positive experience. Would recommend. Thank you!

This hotel is not trustworthy and should be remove
This hotel is not trustworthy. I informed them I would be arriving late because of a delayed flight. When I arrived at 10:30pm they were not there. They did not answer the bell at the door and they did not answer the emergency contact phone number posted next to the door. I called for 40 minutes or so, then gave up and had to find another hotel. They charged me anyway, $196. Hotels.com and the hotel would not offer a refund even though I have photos to show that I was there and a call log to show that I called.

Great location as easy walk to old town and restaurants
Good size room and bathroom in the junior suite. Lots of communication with access code details. Roberto on reception very helpful. Good coffee and breakfast in the cafe next door. Very clean. Quiet eventhough close to town and all facilities. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, the market and Old Town. The lido is about 10-15 min. walk. Our room was very nice. However, upon arrival, we found the floors dirty and the air conditioning not working properly because its filter was very dirty. We reported these to Roberto, the receptionist, who was superb. Our complaints were immediately remedied. All the staff were very friendly.

Did the job for the night! A few blocks from the ocean and the staff was very friendly. It was quite noisy in the evening, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed with ear plugs. The beds were a little tough but other wise we slept well! We would stay again! :)

Everything about this property was excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town and the seafront. We had free street parking, the staff were wonderful and highly professional, and the hotel is beautifully appointed. We can't recommend it highy enough. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Nice hotel and clean however not what was promised on site. We booked a room with a queen bed however found that two single beds were pushed together to pass off a double bed. Not comfortable to sleep in at all and certainly not worth the price we paid. The room had a tiny window that was difficult to access so very claustrophobic and room entrance was above what looked like a car park. I have stayed in much better quality rooms which are true to representstion on their websites and at much more reasonable cost. Very expensive for such a disappointment. I hope for a resonable offer for compensation.

Lovely stay at the Bienestar
Close to the old town with all its wonderful food and the amazing city walls, Bienestar is a great hotel in a great city. The staff are helpful and polite and the pavement bar outside the hotel is the ideal place to start (or end) your evening on the town. Parking in Alghero is a bit of a pain, but that's not the fault of the hotel. We had an amazing time exploring the west coast of Sardinia and Bienestar was the ideal base.

Excellent location 3 blocks from the harbor and historic center. Newly renovated with bar and cafe downstairs. Very clean. On the busy Via Sept XX and parking can be a challenge. OK for kids. I recommend.

Fint B&B, centralt beliggende, fint værelse. Vi havde et værelse med gennemgangsdør, hvilket var træls når naboerne kom hjem midt om natten. Morgenmaden foregik i den tilhørende Cafe (1xkaffe, 1xCroissant, 1xJuice), havde man brug for yderligere kunne det tilkøbes for fornuftige penge.

Rapport qualité prix mauvais
Logement bien placé dans la ville d’Alghero. Chambre bien équipée, spacieuse avec ménage bien effectué. Petit déjeuné très léger : il est possible de choisir uniquement 3 articles au bar qui se situe en bas. Rapport qualité prix très moyen compte tenu des services proposés. L’arrivée se fait également de façon autonome avec un code pour ouvrir la porte d’entrée. Les clefs et une fiche d’instruction se trouve ensuite sur le comptoir. J’ai fais remonté ces problèmes à la réception à notre départ, et ils justifient cela par le fait que c’est une maison d’hôte et non un hôtel où un b&b. Et donc que les services (tel que le petit déjeuner) sont des services supplémentaires qu’ils proposent, sauf que cette explication n’est pas convaincante compte tenu du prix de la nuit (environ 170€/nuit). Vous pouvez trouver largement mieux pour beaucoup moins cher à Alghero.

Non è la prima volta che scegliamo questa struttura per il nostro soggiorno ad Alghero. E' situata in pieno centro, a pochi passi dal porto e dal lungomare. Ricorda una dimora medievale rivisitata in chiave moderna, l'atmosfera è particolarmente piacevole.Le camere sono molto carine e ben curate, dotate di tutti i servizi necessari. Il personale è disponibile e flessibile.per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Das mit einer der schönsten B&B die wir je hatten! Das Zimmer ist rießig. Ein Whirpool vor einem großen Fernseher der alle großen Streaming Dienste kann. Das Frühstück findet einfach im dazugehörigen italienischen Kaffee statt. Dort kann man sich die fertigen Wraps, Toasts und süßes frei aussuchen, so viel man will. Gleich zum Frühstück Italien pur ❤️ Nachteil ist das Parken. Man muss den Parkplatz suchen.

La struttura è molto bella! La posizione è ottima per scoprire la città di Alghero e le sue preziose spiagge! Il check in è solo consegna documenti e chiavi! L accoglienza è pari allo zero, nessuna informazione su come girare la città, le spiagge e ristoranti! Al bar dove abbiamo fatto colazione, invece, ci hanno aiutato e dato consigli su dove mangiare bene e ci accoglievano con il sorriso tutti i giorni! La posizione e il bar sono il punto di forza di questa bella struttura ricettiva!

Sehr schönes Hotel - die Zimmer (wir hatten 2 Nächte eine Suite und eine Nacht ein Standard Zimmer) sind großzügig und erinnern an eine Burg. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Der Zimmerwechsel klappte vor 10 Uhr - das war ein sehr guter Service! Parkplätze gibt es nicht vom Hotel - man muss sich einen in der Gegend suchen. Check in war nicht ganz einfach da die Rezeption nur vormittags besetzt ist - man muss dann anrufen und den Zugangscode erfragen. Sehr gut ist die Bar direkt im Haus mit einem prima Frühstück. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

A posizione è perfetta: la piazzetta con il baretto all'aperto mi è piaciuto molto, a due passi dal centro storico; non c'è la reception è aperta solo negli orari di checkout, però non è stato assolutamente un problema, sono cmq molto attenti e organizzati, danno il servizio forse anche meglio di tanti hotel con la reception; colazione nel bar di fianco, direi ottima, non c'è buffet, però puoi ordinare tutto quello che hanno (croissant caldi..top!!!); La camera era molto bella, con il pavimento originale (credo), ma molto freddo (metterei a disposizione almeno un paio di ciabattine); non tanto ecosostenibile, perché l'acqua calda inizia arrivare dopo 5 min di spreco e nonostante c'è scritto di aiutarli con la raccolta differenziata, non c'erano dei contenitori; la TV non prende HD quindi funzionava solo 1 programma (almeno credo sia per questo);

La Maison per la vacanza ad Alghero
La posizione del B&B è fantastica per soggiornare ad Alghero dato che si trova a 5 minuti ai bastioni e quindi dal centro storico. Eccellente la pulizia delle camere e il servizio di accoglienza molto efficiente. Il bar della struttura è notevole!!

Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt Leider hieß es das der Check-In ab 16.00Uhr ist aber leider keiner zu diesem Zeitpunkt anwesend Frühstück sei inbegriffen, leider nur Kaffee und Gebäck, keine Butter oder Konfi und frisches Obst. Die Sauberkeit ließ vor allem im Bad zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden war ständig nass und alle Amaturen fleckig und runtergekommen. Auch die Vergünstigung bei den Parkplätzen gab es nicht (war bei „ebookers“ geschrieben, dass es Vergünstigungen bei den Parkplätzen gibt)
