"We had an enjoyable stay at Feet in the water. The views are stunning and we liked Duingt, a quiet area away from the bustle of Annecy but easy to get back to on the bus. General condition of the Apartment is tired, everything worked but could do with a refresh. The advertised private entry to the lake is unusable due to no steps down, and the uneven rocks below.
