What an absolutely fabulous little hotel. It may be rated as 3 star but it felt much better then that to us! The view of the Eiger and Monch from the balcony at the front is nothing short of stunning, but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the service. On the day we arrived (14th May), the lovely girl on reception (didn't get her name) could not have been more helpful. We were having an early start the next day to Jungfraujoch and asked if we could perhaps have a breakfast tray brought...

Great friendly hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Swiss alps. The location makes the trip to Jungfrau and other mountains easy.

We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is in a central location with easy access to everything. Our room was comfortable and very clean. It’s just getting a little bit tired but everything works.

We loved our six night stay at Hotel Tshuggen and Grindelwald. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony and a beautiful view out to Mt Eiger. It was a short walk to the train station which gave us access to most of the attractions and ski fields, and a short walk in the opposite direction to FirstBahn. Great view and a beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near Interlaken. It’s just one stop from Interlaken Ost and can be reached by train, bus, or ferry. However, services are not very frequent, so it’s worth planning your transportation in advance. If you arrive before check-in to leave your luggage, you’ll have to contact the staff by phone or WhatsApp. Be aware that this may be inconvenient for international travelers who don’t use...

Clean room, quiet, great location and super friendly and helpful staff

The property has great views of the lake and is convenient to get to if you have a car. If not you have to take the boat to get to the hotel. The only problem we had during our stay was the limited options of food available as there are no restaurants nearby besides the hotel restaurant.
