"This was a truly beautiful stay from check-in to check-out. We arrived just after 6 a.m., and the receptionist, Tahura, was incredibly helpful and managed to get us a room within a very reasonable time which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning city views. We dined at the international restaurant and the food was excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Faquel (or was he Fariquel?) and Sumon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. Although this is clearly a very busy hotel, everything was impeccably maintained , the pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and everything was just beautiful. Special mention also to the two African gentlemen (from Uganda and Cameroon) at the Waterpark station in the hotel lobby; they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall, an outstanding experience. 10/10 - highly recommended. "

"Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by staff, the manager Saif who was very professional. I was given the option to change rooms for a better view by the lovely Reyhan the next day, as well as given a discount for breakfast and lunch. Staff were so nice and accommodating. During my stay Ali at reception was most helpful when I needed to print some papers from the business centre, and he made time to chat to me. Win and Vaughn of the housekeeping department are an actual delight, great conversation with Vaughn a truly positive person with a smile that glows and Win who is so lovely and sweet when she cleaned my room daily. Abdullah at the local shop was most helpful and very polite, when I went several times to buy snacks. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Dubai and I have to say the staff here are by far the nicest I’ve ever met. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back here again. "

"Nice location with cafe and store in the hotel. Having Laundry room was a great plus for us. It was easy to get taxi from here. Several dining options were near the hotel.Its close to airport."

"Luxurious. Service is IMPECCABLE from the moment you arrive. So much help from the bellmen. We didn’t lift a finger. Always someone nearby to direct you. They are always waiting to serve. 24 hour butler so no need to call housekeeping. The room was gorgeous, and VERY MODERN/beautiful. High end fixtures and toiletries. High ceilings. Plush robes and towels. Quiet floor. Fresh fruit in the room. You will feel taken care of. The connected restaurant is new and the food was fantastic! Red carpet treatment. The breakfast buffet includes ala carte hit items and detox juices. The men options were insanely amazing for buffet style. All freshly prepared. The pool was clean and heated! If you want luxury, stay here. It sets the bar! Our only issue was a resort credit given that we didn’t have time to use, so we purchased an item from the spa, which we later learned was not included. We were supposed to get a room upgrade, but we are unclear if we did, or if all the rooms were this amazing. "
