"Issue with the room when we checked in and then we talked to the duty manager Mohammad he is very polite and accommodating person he listen our issue and Asked desk staff Ahmad to help us and Ahmad gave us some good options and finally we pay some extra and upgraded to Presidential suite. That is a lovely option as we have Haram view Alhamdulillah. Again thanks for Mohammed and Ahmed for making our stay very comfortable."
