"the hotel location was great ,i booked the king grand premier room it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the staff were great and kind really enjoyed my stay. there was mall and market at the hotel basement really recommend it"

"Our stay was truly delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would eagerly return. Nulen (apologies if we've misspelled the name) at the reception desk was an absolute gem. She greeted us warmly, efficiently arranged our breakfast reservations, and was always on hand to assist with transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The only disappointment was discovering that the beach club was closed :( While we recognize that this is beyond the hotel's control, it was, ironically, the allure of the beach club that drew us to choose the Sheraton for our stay."
