"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"Edgar and his team took great care of us. The room was fabulous and had a wonderful jacuzzi. The staff was kind and catered to our every need. The spa was wonderful, an experience to remember. Dolphins were a wonderful attraction. Snorkeling is a must. Restaurants were great, Carnal was our favorite. Buffet was up to par every single time. We hope to be back soon! "
