"Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. Very limited kitchen facilities, clothes washer and dishwasher smelled moldy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The Dog next door barked a lot all hours of the day and night. "I recently stayed at Phos and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier—the entire team was attentive, welcoming, and truly dedicated to making sure my stay was perfect. Everything about the property was excellent: Accommodations: The rooms were beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Dining: I was thoroughly impressed with both breakfast and lunch. The quality and variety were outstanding, making every meal a highlight of the day. Housekeeping: A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. The attention to detail and level of cleanliness throughout my stay was impeccable. I cannot recommend Phos highly enough for anyone looking for a seamless, high-quality hotel experience. I look forward to my next visit!"

"The property is located on a sandy beach with a beautiful view. The hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the harbour and old town. The staff were helpful. I stayed two nights but a longer stay would have been relaxing. I booked a loft room which was in two floors and I never used the top floor because of the stairs so we were in the room downstairs and the set up of the room was in a way the handwash basin was in the room and not in the toilet so took some space."

"We had a fabulous time. Spent a week at Elia Agia in Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially George!! Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid. Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit."
