"Enjoyed my stay for two nights. Check in/out was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to KIA Center and Florida Mall. The issues I had was there is no microwave in room. I also asked the room attendants for more towels but didn't receive them. I think if you stay for a few nights, you should have more than one towel per person. I really don't like reusing towels. The area around the hotel is very quaint. Cute houses and brick streets. Beautiful homes and lots of parks. If I am to return to this area, I will definitely stay here again."

"Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Unprofessional Service Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the entire building smelled strongly like weed, which immediately created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. When I got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness was a major issue. The room itself was dirty, and even worse, the bed sheets had clearly not been changed or properly cleaned before my arrival. I had to request fresh sheets and then wait over an hour for new bedding, which is completely unacceptable after checking into a hotel. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unpleasant, unprofessional, and not helpful when addressing these issues. Customer service goes a long way, especially when guests are already dealing with problems, and this team failed badly in that area. Another major inconvenience was the fact that there was no microwave in the room, which made the stay even more frustrating and inconvenient. This hotel honestly has potential, but it feels like it is being run by unprofessional management with little attention to cleanliness, guest comfort, or quality service. With better leadership, proper housekeeping standards, and staff training, this property could be much better. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition until major improvements are made."

"First, for the pros - the hotel and the room was really clean.The staff/valet was pretty nice upon check-in and they even let us check in early so that was a huge plus for us. The hotel also had a gym, pool and laundry machines you can use. I personally only used the gym, which was clean and had a variety of equipment (bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, weights). They also had a water bottle station there so you could refill your water bottle, which was a nice touch. In the 1st floor, they had a convenience store section with food and items you could self check out which came to a pretty good use. Now, the cons- I really didn't like the valet parking (with surcharge). I had previously been researching before I booked the hotel, which hotel had valet, overnight charges, self parking and even compared a few before actually booking. One of the reasons I chose this hotel, was because it mentioned in expedia that it had self park/on site parking. I even checked other sites to make sure, so I was pretty annoyed to find out once I got there, that i needed to pay $35 a night (not counting tip). This was something I wished was written on every website consistently, since i didn't count it as an expense when I budgetted. Another thing was the hours for the gym (8am-10pm). They first said the gym opened at 7am, but then I got an email saying it opened at 8am. I prefer to go really early (like 5am) which is a personal preference, but it leaves me with more time for other stuff. "

"Put us in an accessible room even tho i did not request that…maybe bc i booked thru expedia. Nice large room and comfortable bed. The toilet did not flush properly. Maint workef on it quickly to get it to flush, but bowl still did not fill properly Shower was weak and water was warm to tepid at warmest setting. Hvac is loud"
