"Did not have the breakfast there. Staff was good! No microwave oven in the room. This was a negative…!"

"Do not recommend. Staff couldn’t find the reservation at first. Had to go find a manager. They did not do turndown service. When we asked about it they said they don’t unless requested. There was no notification of this whatsoever. The room key is supposed to open the garage gates, but did not ever work. We told them each time, they re-scanned but still did not work. I feel they probably should have replaced the cards because we saw that others did work. The garage elevator also did not work. Again, would have been nice to just have gotten a heads up and an apology. Staff seems to know about the problems yet have no interest in doing what they can to make it right or easier."

"Property is great but the parking is challenging. There is very limited room to turn around at check in. You have a self-park option but it is $25. Great shuttle service to Kia Center. "

"When we got there we were welcomed and checked pretty quick, the room was very clean and nicer then I was expecting. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, enough options to keep you from going out for breakfast. My wife and I were very happy we stayed here and would do so again. "

"Put us in an accessible room even tho i did not request that…maybe bc i booked thru expedia. Nice large room and comfortable bed. The toilet did not flush properly. Maint workef on it quickly to get it to flush, but bowl still did not fill properly Shower was weak and water was warm to tepid at warmest setting. Hvac is loud"
