"The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited."

"For a brand new building, everything was rather dirty. While the staff was nice and helpful our room wasn't ready and we showed up 3 hours after check in time. It didn't have a shower curtain and the floors were visibly dirty with foot prints. It looked like the room/floors hadn't been cleaned after the drywall was installed/painted."

"Reasonably clean but looked like reception staff did‘t care - lack of friendliness! The listings shows Restaurant + Bar: non- existent, front desk said already discontinued 5 years ago; early in the evening he didn’t really recommend a place close by to get a drink and food! They had ice water - and that was it! More like a low priced motel chain!"

"I checked into my room. Apparently they overlooked the fact my room wasn’t completely cleaned, the towel hook was laying on the floor with Sheetrock dust and the toilet didn’t flush. I wasn’t impressed. This is not a Hilton property as I know them"

"Biggest problem and really it might have been circumstances, but it was a smoky 97f and the aircon was so loud there was no way to sleep without turning it off. Really good Mexican across the street."

"Clean, staff was helpful and easy in and out location. Starbucks and pizza just steps out the hotel door and across the parking lot. A/C unit in the room was loud and traffic noise from the highway is prominent. If you are a very sound sleeper, no problems at all."
