"i showed up for my room reserved through hotels.com and was told the cancun resort had no room for me. they had given my room away"

"The motel room was clean and well maintained. On a short walk you get to see a beautiful river where you can walk and have good access. The motel has beautiful garden and there are alot of humming birds along with kitties and farm animals. The staff is really helpful and they also provide you a list of local restaurants and eateries which avoid the hassle of researching by yourself. It was overall a good experience and we would definitely go back there."

"I didn’t get the accommodation in the lodge even though I had paid reservation. Also it was a bit inconvenient to stay in another property lodge owns as you have to come to the main lodge for food etc."
