"Repeat visitor 10 times. Being within walking distance of the entire Lift Bridge area makes all the difference in the world. The staff is always top notch. Rooms are always clean and well appointed."

"I cannot believe how big my room was! The pictures do not do justice to how nice this place is. Not only did I have a kitchen, but also a dining table, a club chair, a full-size closet, a full-size couch, and a full-size bathroom! My bed was nice and comfortable. The thermostat made it easy to control the temperature. The staff was incredibly friendly. I didn't often hear my neighbors unless they were leaving their room, and I would hear the door close, but no other noises. It was easy to walk to the aquarium, arena, and canal district. There is a bowling alley one block away for family entertainment. Honestly, the price is right for this kind of room. I have only 2 things that I wish were different. 1) I wish there were a dresser to put my clothes in. The bathroom is huge and could accommodate one. 2) No streaming services on the TV. You got live TV or nothing. You couldn't cast to it, add your accounts, or do anything. To stream from your device, you need an HDMI cable. Neither of these things is a deal-breaker, but I wish I'd known ahead of time so I could plan accordingly. Awesome place."

"Staff was nice; had to rekey my cards multiple times (and I didn’t have the phone by them) and the lock was very touchy; the mattress was terrible similar to a pull out couch: I was at the end room and the security door didn’t work wasn’t locked at all; killed a bug within 10 minutes of being there; long black hairs on the bathroom floor; toilet rocks when used; missing light bulb above the sink; when the first thing I see in arriving is a sign that states there is no responsibility for damage to vehicle I just prayed the next 48 hours would be good"
