Great location, Comfortable Stay!

My family and I booked this VRBO for a girl's weekend and it met all of our needs. The space was clean, uncluttered, relaxing and had great natural light and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is incredible and the full kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs!

Wonderful Stay

We are never disappointed! This is the third time we have stayed at this loft. We love the location- lots of great places to eat and shop. It is also close to the North Shore .

Great Loft in West Duluth

This is by far the nicest placed we've stayed in Duluth and we visit often to see our kids. Large loft that felt like a real home with everything needed. We cooked and hosted Thanksgiving for 4 ppl and it was wonderful. Great location above Superior st and easy walk to many places.

Even more fabulous the second time around

This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it just as much the second time. It is in a fabulous area that is developing into a trendy district with lots of great places to eat. It is close to the North Shore for taking in all the beauty of Lake Superior and the fall colors.

Great place!

Very clean and spacious unit in a great area with restaurants etc. within a short walk. Strong wifi, nice washer/dryer with detergent supplied, kitchen has all necessary supplies like coffee filters, dishwasher tablets and so forth. Only suggestion we have is to have some kind of bedside/reading lamps next to bed.

Beautiful Loft - Perfect Location!

The loft is exactly as pictured with all the amenities you need! Super spacious, comfy bed, large bathroom, and beautiful kitchen. The location, in the heart of Lincoln Park, cannot be beat! It is walking distance to all the shops. My favorites were 190 Coffee Shop, OMC, and the Tea Exchange - all within a block. I visited in the fall, so parking was no problem. I will definitely stay here again!

Great beginning to our vacation!

We loved the property and its location! We enjoyed restaurants and shopping in the area, and the loft was exactly what we expected - beautiful and clean. The only thing that would have made the home better was if the middle windows were French doors with a balcony - we would have loved to have been outside enjoying the neighborhood and cool breezes. Parking was easy once we figured out how the spaces were marked. We would definitely return!

This place is beautiful! It’s spacious, clean, and within walking distance to many places or a quick Uber ride to the Arena, Grandma’s, etc. Busy during the day and quiet at night. It’d be amazing if it could accommodate more due to its size. The locks can be tricky. However, it isn’t a deal breaker. Thank you! Definitely recommend!

Amazing Modern Loft

We were impressed with the property from the moment we stepped in. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and modern amenities. The bathroom is huge with a deep freestanding tub and large shower. The living area has big windows that look out on the bustling street below. There is a cafe right across the street where we got breakfast. There are breweries within walking distance but we chose to walk two blocks down to Burger Paradox where we enjoyed unique cocktails and great burgers. We highly recommend this rental for both its comfort and convenience as well as its location.

Awesome

Perfectly executed renovation of a historic building in West Duluth. Situated in heart of craft district for beer lovers with some excellent food options as well. So happy to see what is happening in that end of town compared to what it was when I went to college in Duluth in the mid 90s. Condo renovation was perfectly executed, bed was super comfortable my only complaint and it’s small would be parking is currently a little tricky. I suspect that is more of a it’s issue and will get figured out as they complete the redevelopment there. Place is in close proximity (short car ride) to all the sites greater Duluth has to offer as well. I would totally rent this space again.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and were very impressed! The property is spacious, tastefully designed, and has a unique charm. The Craft District in Duluth offers plenty of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, and you’re only about five minutes from both Downtown and Canal Park. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
