Transit - While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

Pets - To protect the beauty of this property, we have a strict no-pets-allowed policy.

Parking - When you arrive, there is one space in the back of the building available. If extra parking is needed please utilize Superior street parking or parking across the street in the parking ramp.

Long-term stays are welcome. The apartment includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Near the end of the road you will find the property and the back parking lot.
