William Townhouse 3 bedroom with spa

The William Townhouse is a fully self-contained, 3 bedroom contemporary townhouse furnished with Australian antiques and contemporary art.
The Townhouse offers a full bathroom on the first floor with a king size spa bath; fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dining area; s/s washer/dryer & s/s dishwasher; living area with 80cm LCD TV with Foxtel/Cable, DVD Player & CD player.
There is also wireless internet included. A second bathroom with walk in shower, 2 Master size bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom ( 1 queen & 1 double beds and 2 king single beds) occupy the 2nd floor.
The William Townhouse is fully furnished, with all linen, towels, toiletries, cleaning products as required, iron, ironing board, hairdryer.
Lock-up remote control car port & rear newly landscaped patio featuring climbing lime trees and gardenias with outdoor designer table and chairs and also a weber barbeque and a electric bbque.
William Townhouse has an ISD landline telephone.
All utilities are included, however use of the landline telephone incurs an additional charge.

There is a FREE Adelaide City connector bus that runs every 15 minutes, 7 days a week through North Adelaide to and around the city centre.
Close to many fine eateries and pubs in North Adelaide, including supermarkets, Adelaide Golf Course, Adelaide Oval, Aquatic Centre, The Wellington Hotel, Flying Fig Café, Ruby Red Flamingo. Catch the Connector bus to the Adelaide Central Market, Rundle Mall, and the museums and Art Gallery.
