Other Things to Note:
The carpark space is extremely tight, and suitable to fit a small to medium car only, but not suitable for an SUV. There is street parking out the front, but it is resctricted to 2 hour parking during certain times of the day.

The property is located in a good location not too far away from CBD. Loved the fact that there was a bus stop only 1 minute walk and it was easy to access convenience stores all around. The owner was so kind to check in and see if all was okay through out my stay which made me really comfortable. I was a bit wary of Airplane noises but it wasn’t as bad. I felt like I was at home all through. Completely enjoyed my stay there and would definitely book again when back in Adelaide
The unit was clean and spacious. The two bedrooms are separated. The facilities were good. Contact with the host was great and they organised changes for us.
My mum was able to use her walker and a shower chair, we brought.
The step into the bathroom was unsafe maybe a tiny ramp could be installed. We all nearly fell.
The carpark is very small and if someone else doesn't park properly you can't get in your own car. We have a commodore and that was too big.
Clean, well located, and great for those with mobility problems
The property is clean and tidy, with a good kitchen for those who enjoy cooking, including a few specialty items like rice maker and steamer.
The property is across the road where the free bus route stops, making travel around central Adelaide very easy.
For anyone with mobility problems, the parking lot has a ramp, and the rental is on the ground floor; one step to the door, one to the bathroom, and one into the shower.
The main room has a heat/cooling unit, which does have difficulty reaching the bedrooms, but there are fans and extra blankets provided to help offset any temperature issues.
The planes and busses can be heard in the morning, but stop at night so there is no issues falling asleep.
An amazing property, and I would certainly stay again next time I go to Adelaide!
Very good- close to everything. Aircon was effective during heat wave. Tv and cooking facilities and fridge were handy if we wanted to stay in. Good Wi-Fi
Yes we heard the buses and planes, but they really weren’t an issue. It was lovely and open, fresh and well stocked with what we required. Would definitely stay there again
Property is compact, but suited our purpose.
Property was the cleanest I have stayed in, this includes high end hotel chains.
Properties kitchen was stocked with essential utensils and appliances, again best I’ve seen.
Car space available would be best suited to small or compact.
The only thing that lets this property down is the noise.
Took awhile to get used to being under a flight path and the constant buses outside the door which whitened down around 11, and whilst the owner goes to great lengths to make sure the property users respect the buildings residents … unfortunately the residents do not reciprocate.
We were “entertained” with a resident practicing scales, playing instruments and belting out a few tunes which STARTED around 9:30pm - finishing around 11:30ish EVERY NIGHT + the resident above doing their washing at 10:30 pm … annoying when you are trying to get to sleep and can hear water rushing through the pipes and the washing machine vibrating itself across the floor - might seem trivial, but the washing machine was just as loud as the planes 😅.
The letting agent was easy to deal with and all communications were quickly answered.
The property was great for us. The position was central and the apartment was clean and well appointed for the price. The owners were flexible with our dates which we chopped around because of COVID. So that was really appreciated. We'd stay here again.
