Step into the character-rich living room where exposed brick, velvet cushions, and a statement fireplace (decorative only) set a stylish scene. Kick back on the plush two-seater sofa, or sink into the armchair and unwind with a show on the flat-screen TV. A portable heater keeps things toasty year-round. The heart of the home lies in the stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area. Cook like a local with the gas stove, oven, and sleek bench space. A round dining table with stylish chairs and a built-in bench makes every meal feel special. There`s a mini fridge, wine fridge, and tucked-in washing machine—perfect for longer stays or urban escapes.

The tranquil bedroom invites instant relaxation. A queen-sized bed with luxe linens, a full-length mirror, side tables, and another TV ensure restful nights. Soft lighting, an elegant armchair, and heating create a calm, cosy vibe no matter the season.

Just beyond, Slide open the rear door and step onto your private timber deck, framed by lush potted plants and strings of festoon lights. Dine under the stars or start your day with coffee in the sunshine.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Great little house. Very clean. Everything provided and super close to restaurants, supermarket & St Andrew’s Hospital. A little inconvenient with roadworks happening immediately outside the house but unfortunate we happened to book right when work was in progress. Recommend this accommodation.
