Our room was ok not great bathroom very old and shower has lots of mould and had a horrible smell in room sewage smell No toaster no microwave

Great location. Helpful friendly staff. Hotel was tired and old. Unfortunately furniture in room was dirty and the shower had a bit of mould. Beds were comfortable. Shame they didn’t supply toasters in the room.

We were allocated the wrong room type but the girl at reception went way out of her way to find us a better room including insisting on helping carr some of our luggage to the new room Sorry I didn't get her name but she was British if that helps!

Despite being near a main road, the room was very quite and had no issues with road, or any other, noise. The room was quite clean and well maintained, great water pressure, but the sink in the bathroom could use replacing as it had a number of marks and stains

Dated but clean
Fine for a budget hotel - room was nice but the bathroom could be updated - just very worn out holes in walls where things have been taken down etc. The lighting in the corridors is weirdly dim - get some pictures on the walls or plants to give it a bit of life

This is not a great place to stay and verging on budget. Things did not get off to a good start. The complete shower head and arm fell off when I turned the water on and had to hold it in place. The staff at the counter were not helpful and didn't even offer an apology and only informd me the maintence staff did not come in until 2pm...not helpful. Did not offer to transfer me to another room. The fitting itself was very low quality, something likely found in a 2 star hotel. The bathroom fan was very noisy. There is limited parking and coming in later was lucky to get a park. The restaurant closed at 8pm And the staff were not helpful in helping us find an alternative restaurant
